Privacy
This page says in plain words what we keep about you, why, and how to ask us to delete it. Last updated: October 15, 2026 (added the sign-in email log note).
What we keep
- Your email address, when you order from us or sign in to your account.
- Your saved details (only if you choose to save them): your first name, last name, phone number, shipping address and billing address, as you typed them on your account page. You can leave any of them empty. We never store card numbers or other payment details there, and the page will not accept a card number.
- Order references: a short code that links your email to the orders you placed, so you can see your past orders. We do not copy your order details into our account system. We read them from Square when you look at your account.
- Sign-in records: a one-time sign-in code and a sign-in session. We store these only in scrambled (hashed) form, and they are deleted when they expire or when you sign out.
- Sign-in email log: when we send you a sign-in link, we keep a short record of the email address, the time we sent it, and whether it was delivered. We keep that log for 30 days so we can fix delivery problems. It is deleted when you ask us to delete your account information.
- Technical records: our web server keeps normal short-term logs (your IP address and the page asked for). We also use your IP address for a few hours to stop people from trying too many times.
Who handles your payment
Payments are handled by Square. We never see or store your card number. Square gives us your name, shipping address and email so we can make and ship your order. Square has its own privacy policy.
How we use it
- To make and ship your order, and to answer your questions.
- To let you sign in with an email link and see your own orders and coupons.
- To fill in checkout for you and speed up your orders. When you are signed in and start checkout, we pass your email address, and your saved first and last name, phone number and shipping address if you saved them, to Square’s checkout page so you do not have to type them again. You can change anything there. Your billing address is kept on your account page only: we do not send it to Square. On the cart page we also use the ZIP code of your saved shipping address (or, if there is none, your billing address) to check whether free local pickup is available to you, so you are not asked for it. You can change that ZIP on the cart page at any time.
- We send you a sign-in email only when you ask for one. We do not send advertising emails from the account system.
What we do not do
- We do not sell or rent your information.
- We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. The only cookie on the account page is the one that keeps you signed in. It lasts up to 7 days, or until you sign out.
How long we keep it
Your saved details (first and last name, phone, addresses) stay until you delete them or ask us to. Nothing else is needed to keep them: you can change or delete them at any time. Sign-in codes expire after 15 minutes. Sign-in sessions end after 7 days or when you sign out. The sign-in email log is kept for 30 days, then deleted automatically. Order references are kept for up to 3 years so you can look up past orders, unless you ask us to delete them sooner. Order records kept by Square, and records we must keep for taxes, follow Square’s rules and the law.
Ask us to delete your information
Your saved details: sign in, open your account page and press Delete my saved profile. It asks you to confirm, then removes your saved first and last name, phone number and addresses right away. You stay signed in and your orders are not affected.
Everything else: email [email protected] from the address you used, and write “Please delete my account information.” We will remove your order references, saved details, sign-in records and sign-in email log from our systems and reply to confirm. You can use the same email to ask what we hold about you.
